The part-time EMBA programme requires 4 days instruction every month in a concentrative way. A phase -by-phase mode is adopted for module teaching system of the EMBA programme.

Phase 1: Public basic course module. This phase includes Basic Economics, Philosophy, and Business English, which are designed as the preliminary courses of the MBA degree education.

Phase 2: This phase includes Strategic thinking & strategic management module, operations management & function management module, and leadership & culture module. As these three modules lay emphasis on strategy, operations, and leadership respectively, it aims to promote the EMBA students’ capacity of operations-strategy-leadership in a systematic approach.

Phase 3: Customiz ed feature module. The previous phases provide systematic training in basic economics and management theories , the modules in this phase are specially designed in view of the characteristics of source of students and the development of private economy. There are two options for students to choose in the? “Courses Module Package” Module 5 , which is delivered in the form of lectures, case study, and instruction. This module intends to cultivate student ability of running business with a global perspective and help them break through the bottleneck of managing private enterprises.

Phase 4: Integration module. This module aim s to improve student ability to apply acquired knowledge to solve practical problems emerging in enterprises development and integrate theories and knowledge of different courses and modules through special topic research. U sually t his module starts in one month after other courses are finished and is completed in the form of as special topic research report or case study.

In addition, a special module name d Forefronts of Advanced Business Administration is designed to introduce the latest theories and practices of management so as to help students establish a more robust knowledge framework.
